The practice of yoga is the development of conscious connection that will enrich all aspects of our inner and outer lives."
Her passion is the sharing of awareness, movement and personal growth with people in all stages of life. Fusing foundations in Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Bio-Mechanics, Strength Training and Mindfulness, she provides a safe and healing environment for the process of transformation to flower.
